Governor Juan Schiaretti announced that he will deliver 350,000 school kits to beneficiary students of the Comprehensive Assistance Program of Córdoba (Paicor), within the framework of actions aimed at accompanying students in the return to attendance at schools.

From the provincial government they announced that the objective is to guarantee that the students of initial, primary and secondary level of the most vulnerable sectors can access the necessary study elements.

In the delivery ceremony, the governor said: “We are not going to let our children not go to school, or go poorly fed or without the tools they need to be able to establish the knowledge that our teachers impart.”

To implement this measure, the Province signed an agreement with representatives of the Chamber of Bookstores, Stationery Stores and Related of the Center of the Republic (Calipacer); the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce (CCC) and the Córdoba Commercial Federation (Fedecom), for the acquisition of kits from local suppliers.

In this sense, the president of Calipacer, Pablo Edgardo Kaplun, highlighted that “this remarkable initiative allows us to continue providing tools to our students so that they can learn in this return to normalcy after the pandemic. This articulated and permanent work between the public and private sectors is a privilege that not everyone enjoys in our country”.

The delivery of the kits, backpacks and cartridge belts will take place at the end of April and the school directors will inform the beneficiary families of the schedule to collect them.
