The Courts of Río Tercero will host the trial against a 67-year-old man who is accused of abusing his stepdaughter, who is visually impaired, for 25 years. As a result of the constant violations, the woman today has a child from the man. Paternity was proven by a DNA test.
The subject is in preventive detention in the Bouwer Prison. He will be submitted to the judicial procedure by order of the Prosecutor of Instruction of the First Shift of Río Tercero, Paula Bruera.
The report states that “it was possible to establish that the defendant during all those years took advantage of the victim’s situation of vulnerability to subject her to cruel and countless sexual treatment.”
