This Monday, in the city of Iquitos, Peru, businessman Sergio Fontanellas was murdered. The man, who was engaged in the sale of river boats, was living in that country.

The crime would have occurred in a bar on Samanez Ocampo street, near the “Chato Burguer” hamburger restaurant in the city of Iquitos, while watching the Peru-Australia match. After being shot, Fontanellas was taken to the hospital where the doctors certified his death.

In a quick operation, the police arrested two suspects who were transferred to the local police to continue the investigations.

Fontanellas had been arrested in Argentina a few years ago and, after regaining his freedom, he traveled to Peruvian territory where, according to local media, he had legal problems.
