Jairala Oller: Located in Ischilin, 125km from Córdoba, this 10km winery produces varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
We can find different stages of the wine, the elaboration, packaging and storage are carried out in the same place, the visitor can visit the vineyards, the winery and its cellar with tasting included.
Araoz de Lamadrid Winery: In the commune of San Javier we can find this winery where red, white and rosé wines are made by hand.
In 2013 they began manufacturing Malbec and Syrah. The following year, four red varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Anchellotta, Petit Verdot and Tannat were added. Then, in 2016, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay were added, as the white variety. Currently, we can find 10,000 plants that provide eight strains of different wines.
Di Candi Winery: Located in Sierras Chicas, more precisely in Colonia Caroya. In 2005 vineyards of Malbec, Merlot, Tannat and the typical Frambua of the region were planted. Six years later, the winery opened its doors to the public for visits and tastings.
Throughout the year it is possible to visit its three hectares of vineyards, and it is also explained how the land is worked and how it is pruned. Then, the walk continues to the winery: where you can see the wine making, the fermentation process and its transfer to the cellar.
At the end of the tour, a tasting of its varieties is carried out, all completely handmade, where its Merlot stands out.
Furfaro Family Winery: We can find it in Villa General Belgrano, this family business was born in 2012, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay grow on its farm. In turn, today it stands out with its Primaterra line in six varieties.
On your tour we can enjoy the vineyards, as well as learn about the beginnings of this wine project and the production of its wines.
Gredal Winery: About 40 kilometers from Deán Funes and on the old Camino Real, we can find this winery with varieties such as Albec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Bonarda and Merlot. On the other hand, the Sauvignon Blanc completes the white wine offer.
