President Alberto Fernández will undergo an endoscopy this Saturday after suffering bleeding from erosive gastritis during the G-20 Summit that took place this week in Bali, Indonesia, according to the Presidential Medical Unit.
“The President of the Nation, Dr. Alberto Ángel Fernández, will carry out the corresponding endoscopic controls on Saturday, November 19 of this year, after having suffered digestive bleeding due to erosive gastritis. Public opinion will be kept informed of the medical evolution of the health of the President”, supports the statement signed by Federico Saavedra, specialist in medical clinic and head of this Presidential Medical Unit.
On Thursday, Fernández thanked “deep messages of encouragement and concern” as a result of the erosive gastritis picture are signs of bleeding that he presented during the G-20 Summit that took place in Bali, Indonesia.
“I am deeply grateful for the messages of encouragement that you have sent me and the concern for the health episode that I suffered in Bali. I am sincerely moved by them. I am already in full recovery, following the indicated care and controls”said Fernández through a message published on his official account on the social network Twitter.
