Amber Heard harshly crossed Johnny Depp after the message that the actor sent to his fans through the TikTok platform in which he thanked for the support he had received during the trial.
“To all my most precious, loyal and unwavering followers. We have been everywhere together, we have seen everything together. We did the right thing together. And now, we will all move forward together. You are, as always, my employers, and once again, I have no other way to say thank you, other than to say thank you. Thanks. My love and respect, JD,” the actor wrote.
After learning of Depp’s words, Amber decided to respond through her press spokesperson. “As Johnny Depp said he is ‘moving forward’, women’s rights are going backwards. The message of the verdict for victims of domestic violence is ‘be afraid to stand up and speak’”.
It is worth remembering that last Wednesday the actor won the trial for defamation against his ex-wife. The process began after the actress said in an interview that she had been a victim of domestic violence by her ex-husband, although Heard did not mention the actor’s name, it is publicly known that she only married once and it was with the actor.
