When we think of something sweet, rich and tempting, some recipes come to mind, one of which is the Rogel cake, a classic that we Argentines choose.
This time we share a unique recipe for you to prepare some mini pancakes, with a very crispy dough and a filling with a lot of flavor.
300 g of 0000 flour, 1 egg, 5 yolks, 200 g of butter, a pinch of salt and 400 g of pastry dulce de leche.
For the meringue:
5 egg whites, 300 g of sugar and 75 cc of water.

1.Make a crown on the counter with the flour, add the salt to the walls. Incorporate the egg and yolks into the hollow of the volcano.
two.Knead until integrated and, finally, put the ointment butter.
3.Continue kneading until completely integrated. Let rest in the refrigerator covered for ½ hour.
4.Stretch the dough on the counter with the help of flour and cut small cylinders.
5.Cook over medium heat 170° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
6.Make the rogeles by inserting discs of dough and dulce de leche.
FOR THE MERINGUE
1.Put ¾ of the sugar with the water in a saucepan and make a syrup to the point of a soft ball.
two.When the syrup begins to bubble, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
3.When the bubbles are already consistent and of a good size, add them to the egg whites that are being beaten.
4.Continue beating until the meringue cools. Put on a sleeve with a laughed beak.
5.Decorate the rogeles with the meringue.
