for the muffins
1 ½ cups of flour
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/3 cup of oil
1/3 cup milk
1 cup of fresh blueberries
for the cover
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
¼ cup of butter cut into cubes, it has to be cold and firm.
1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1.Preheat the oven to medium temperature and place cupcake liners, that is, paper muffin cups, in your muffin pan. The dough is very simple and fast, no mixer is needed. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2.On the other hand, place the oil in a measuring cup, add the egg and enough milk to complete 1 cup with these three ingredients.
3.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and then the blueberries and mix.
Fill the molds almost to the top.
4.For the cover combine sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon, mix well with a fork until you get a “sandy” preparation.
5.Cover the muffins with this preparation and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
