This Monday, the Prosecutor’s Office confirmed more evidence that incriminates nurse Brenda Agüero as the alleged perpetrator of the death of babies at the Maternal Neonatal Hospital between March and June of this year.
The autopsy carried out on the bodies of the creatures revealed that the main cause of their death was due to an excess of potassium. Now, the investigations revealed that the professional searched in Google “how to dose doses of potassium and insulin”.
According to official sources, the suspect accessed technical documentation that would support what happened later in the Neonatal. This would confirm that she would have thought and designed a mechanism to cause death and that later, based on the study of the cases, she would have applied and even tested different variants.
Prosecutor Raúl Garzón will finally resolve Agüero’s procedural situation this Monday and will confirm his preventive detention.
