This Tuesday the Indec published a report indicating that the cost of construction rose 3.7% in February compared to the value it had in January of this year.

In the statement they indicate that “This result arises as a consequence of the increase of 3.5% in the chapter “Materials”, of 4.0% in the chapter “Manpower” and of 3.5% in the chapter “General expenses ””.

Within the monthly variation in terms of work items, what increased the most was Metallic carpentry and ironwork (5.6%), Plasterwork (4.4%), Wood carpentry and Structure (4.3%). The ones that changed the least were Elevators (0.6%), Gas installation (1.5%) and Painting (1.7%).
