Sad news moved the Argentine Association of Actors. Claudio Passano, film, theater and television actor, passed away this Wednesday at the age of 65.

The artist had a long career and his last performance had been in “Argentina. 1985”, a film that was nominated for an Oscar.

Passano made his theatrical debut in 1983, and was part of works such as “Hamlet”, “I pagliacci”, “Terrenal” and “Toc toc”. He was also one of the founders of the theater company La Banda de la Risa.

Ricardo Darín shared a few words on Twitter after learning of his death: “I hope the excitement of celebrating our work accompanies you on this journey.”
