Every November 18 is commemorated the International Day against Child Abuse. In this framework, different organizations and civil groups carry out a call throughout the country to make their claims to Justice visible. In the city of Cordovathe concentration began at 6:00 p.m. in front of Family Courts, on Tucumán at 360, to end in front of SENAF.
The call is made from the space of survivors, protective mothers and fathers, together with the Assembly Not One Less Córdoba, social organizations and self-convened. The central claim will be against the judiciary and SENAF for the increase in cases of institutional violence.
The organization warns about the worrying figures in Argentina: 1 in 5 children suffer sexual violence during their childhood and it is estimated that only 1 in 100 abuses is reported to the judiciary. The panorama worsens when considering the terrible statistics that only 1 in 100 denounced is convicted.
