Judge Julián Ercolini dismissed today the former president of the Nation Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and a hundred officials and businessmen involved in a section of the investigation of the notebooks, called “cartelization of public works”, in which Fernández is already brought to trial. With this ruling, they were dismissed for the crime of illicit association and for some acts of bribery (payment and receipt of bribes).

The part for which Ercolini has just dismissed Cristina Kirchner has to do with money movements revealed by the repentant financier Ernesto Clarens related to the award of works by the National Highway Administration to dozens of companies.
