kg Flour 0000, 1 pinch of salt, 225 gr. sugar, 250 cc warm milk, 50 gr. cubed yeast, 3 Eggs, 100 gr. of ointment butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1 egg to paint and syrup (sugar and a little water)
-We will leave the warm milk, the two teaspoons of sugar and the crumbled yeast rising in a bowl, we will cover it and it would be best if it stays in a warm place, so the yeast will be activated.
-In a bowl, place the dry ingredients: the flour, a pinch of salt and the sugar.
-Once the yeast is activated, we will see that it has bubbles, we add the dry ingredients, with enveloping movements, until the dough is formed.
-Finally we add the ointment butter and finish forming a smooth and homogeneous bun. We let rise until we see that it doubled its size.
- We stretch and cut, when we have the triangles we roll up to the tip.
-We prepare a tray, let them rest in a warm place, they will double their size again.
-We beat an egg and paint them.
-We put the plate in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes,
-When we take them out, barely golden, we will paint them with syrup and put them in the oven for 5 more minutes.
