The filming of Lágrimas de Fuego began, a tragic comedy based on a striking and flamboyant idea by Fabiana Cantilo directed by Gabriel Gregorio. It will be her first leading role and she will be accompanied by renowned actors Gastón Pauls and Inés Estévez.
The plot tells how immateriality, music and friends will help the protagonist, recently admitted to a psychiatric hospital, to resume her life, face a complicated past and reunite with her daughter.
The film has the support of INCAA and the supervision of BA Audiovisual, the Impulso cultural platform of the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires.
Filming is estimated to take a month and the premiere is scheduled for mid-2023.

Gabriel Grieco has directed six films, television shows, commercials, and more than 200 music videos. His last film to be released in commercial theaters was Breathe (2019), which is currently available worldwide through Amazon Prime Video. Together with his debut feature “Nature Still” (2015) they were screened at festivals such as Cannes, Sitges, Austin’s Fantastic Fest, Bifan (Korea) among others.
