Family constellations have nothing to do with astrology. This family therapy hypothesis was born from the German therapist Bert Hellinger who generated a development within the dynamics of different social groups.

It is a practice where individuals shed light on the fundamental aspects of our life that we generally do not distinguish and allows us to build who we are based on how we connect with others thanks to the memory we have of our childhood.

What can they serve us for?

Marcelo Leone expressed that it is a very useful therapy to obtain “enormous clarity about what is happening and what we must do to put order in our internal world” and then improve our communication with others.

According to Leone, one of the biggest shortcomings of our culture is that humans become biologically adults but we are not emotionally adults and this affects how important decisions are made.
