It is a fact, the winter holidays began this Monday, July 11 in Córdoba, and as usually happens at this stage of the year, the cultural offer is expanded, with the focus purely and exclusively on entertaining children and families.
Some of the municipal cultural spaces where these activities will take place are the Cabildo de Córdoba, Centro Cultural España Córdoba, Paseo del Buen Pstor, Cineclub Municipal, Sala Malicha Leguizamón, Casa de Cucumber, La Piojera, Ciudad de las Artes.

“The Magical City of Antonio Seguí”
– Cabildo de Córdoba, Independencia 30, PA.
From July 14 to August 21, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It is an exhibition designed by the Barrilete Children’s Museum, which combines the urban imaginary of the Cordovan artist Antonio Seguí with a playful and experimental tour designed especially for children.
The participatory exhibition will take place in four rooms of the Cabildo de Córdoba. In its tour, aimed at arousing the interest and curiosity of children and adults, proposals are discovered such as a journey through the life of the artist, assembly, fitting and creation games, a model where they can assemble a city imagined by Antonio Seguí and a real, a collaborative workshop for the completion of murals and as closing a space to leave good ideas for our city.
CÓRDOBA CHILDREN’S BOOK FAIR
The event will take place at the Córdoba Cultural Center (Avenida Poeta Lugones 401). It opens its doors until Sunday 24, from 2 to 9 p.m., every weekday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to the traditional stands with children’s publications, theater, music and puppet shows are presented at 3 and 6 p.m.
ÑAQUE – CHILDREN’S BOOK PARTY

This party/fair invites you to enjoy books, sharing the creative craft that makes them possible and puts them into circulation, contemplating the work of illustrators, writers, editors, readers and booksellers.
The initiative is a co-production between the Spain Córdoba Cultural Center and the Portaculturas bookstore. During July 15 and 16, it will recreate activities for children and also for adults.

There will be workshops for children. This is “Fresquito for murals”, scheduled for July 21, by Mariquita Sánchez, on fresh muralism to experiment with colors and mineral pigments. Intended for children ages seven and up. To participate, complete this form, until July 19.
Also at the CCEC, on July 22, the workshop “The poetry of colors” will be offered, a poetry and painting proposal, by Laura Demarco. Literary texts will be shared and wooden figures will be approached to create characters. To participate, complete the form until July 21: https://bit.ly/3OI6p05
Within the framework of the Ñaque Festival, there will also be a workshop by Paloma Valdivia. Six workshops for children were organized at the Casa de Pepino Cultural Center, from July 12 to 28, with recreational and artistic proposals on drawing, comics and more.
Most require prior registration, and contemplate several meetings.
THEATER
Ta Ti Te

“Ta Ti Te Imaginate” is a work by the municipal cast of Danza Teatro, born from collective creation. The proposal invites a collective game where protagonists and public are essential participants for its realization. The show creates impossible worlds and enters them, in the same way that it does with Matías his surprise gift.
In addition, on the Paseo del Buen Pastor (Hipólito Irigoyen 325), every Saturday and Sunday of the July holidays, at 4:00 p.m., different puppet, circus, clown and theater plays are presented, with free admission.
MUSEUMS
The museums of the Province (the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Evita museum and others) have free admission on Wednesdays, which can be managed through the Self-Entry system. It is worth mentioning that during these winter holidays, many of these spaces enabled workshops, activities and free samples
