Ferrocarriles Argentinos State Society (FASE) and the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA) signed an agreement with the aim of promoting audiovisual culture in passenger trains and railway stations. In addition, other projects will be worked on jointly between both institutions and a Work Table will be created to promote the exchange of information and knowledge that allows the dissemination and promotion of the country’s national cinematographic activity.
It should be noted that thanks to the signing of said agreement, (which is valid for three years), specific agreements can be made between different areas for different projects that tend to meet the objectives of each of the companies.
In this regard, Damián Contreras, president of FASE, stated that “this agreement with INCAA will allow us to provide one more tool to make users’ trips more pleasant, with national titles to be released and classics of Argentine cinema.”
For his part, the acting vice president of the INCAA Presidency, Nicolás Batlle, stated that the agreement “is one more step to continue building an increasingly inclusive and federal Argentine cinema that reflects the diversity and cultural richness of our regions. , and that reaches all corners of the country to generate genuine work, quality entertainment and reinforce the ties of national identity”.
