Cosquín is preparing to live a few days full of cultural activities and lots of parties. From Saturday 21 to Sunday 29 January, the most popular folklore festival in southern Latin America will take place: the 63° edition of the National Folklore Festival. During the duration of the festival, those who visit the city will be able to enjoy various workshops, talks, a craft fair, samples and exhibitions, among others.

Regarding the cultural workshops, you can choose between five different options, all of them will be held in the UEPC Hall (located at Calle Presidente Perón 444) from January 22 to 28. Those who want to be part of these activities can consult about registration and other information through WhatsApp: 3541-618046. You can also attend the same day, 15 minutes before the start of class to register and participate.

The workshops that will be given are the following: “Mi Leguero” Bass Drum Workshop, Workshop on breathing and Body Support in Singing, Workshop on Singing Interpretation, Bombo Leguero Workshop and Quichua Workshop “Voices of my people .

Meanwhile, those who take a walk through the city can visit Plaza San Martín, where the Augusto Raúl Cortazar National Crafts and Popular Art Fair takes place. Its hours are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. and it can be visited until January 29.
