Ariel Ardit found out this Monday on television that he will sing the stanzas of the Argentine national anthem at the Monumental before the Scaloneta players. The singer had already had this opportunity twice: once was in the South American Qualifiers for Argentina-Uruguay; and the other for Argentina-Peru.
Ardit defined his experiences as “unique” but with this new opportunity “The dream is fulfilled”. I add that being able to sing to them from the front is worth more than taking pictures with the players.
After the nerves leading up to the day of the game, which is sold out, I express: “I would leave tonight to arrive early, because I have, more than nerves, great anxiety. The first time it passed very quickly and the second time I was able to enjoy it a little more.”
