Just over a month after its inauguration, the Prompt Care Hospital COMIPAZlocated in the Talleres Oeste neighborhood (Av. del Trabajo 830), focuses on receiving consultations and cases from patients in the area before they are referred to the Emergency Hospital, decentralizing its care and providing faster responses to cases that present a health emergency.
The Secretary of Health, Ariel Alexanderoff, said after the beginning of activities in the HPA that “In the hospital, more than 85% of the cases are being resolved, this generates benefits for all the residents”which means that they were patients who did not require referral to the Emergency Hospital.
This care center is equipped with 107 ambulances, general clinic areas, main hall, which connects to the offices for general clinical care, laboratory, imaging diagnostic area, operating room and a waiting room. One of the outstanding spaces is the shock room, equipped with five observation beds assisted with medical gases. It also has a nursing space that includes a pharmacy, an office and other support services necessary for the efficient operation of the center.
It should be noted that this HPA has an oratory suitable for people who profess any religionn, intended to be a place of introspection and prayers. In this regard, Rabbi Marcelo Polakoff had highlighted that “The different religious traditions pay attention to what happens to the other, which is never another, because it happens to us.”
This Monday, June 12, Vice Mayor Daniel Passerini -current mayor acting on the license of local president Martín Llaryora-, will inaugurate the HPA Madre María Teresa de Calcutta, located in Villa Adela (Av. Fuerza Aérea at 5085).
