It is scientifically proven that eating a dose of chocolate helps our body to produce endorphins, which are responsible for the hormones of pleasure. Well, if you didn’t know, you already have the perfect excuse to make this exquisite dessert.

For this recipe you will need: 125 g of Chocolate, 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of milk, 125 g of butter, 8 g of baking powder, 70 g of flour, 50 g of nuts chopped and icing sugar.

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave at 700W, approximately 3 minutes.

2.Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar.

3.Add the previous mixture, the milk, the flour, the yeast and the chopped nuts.

4.Mix well and pour into a 20cm x 20cm silicone mould. Or any microwave safe mold.

5. Introduce in the micro 5 minutes and a half at a power of 750W.

6. Let stand in the fridge for a few minutes. Serve cut into squares and sprinkled with sugar
