Many times we crave something sweet for snack and breakfast, but we do not want to complicate ourselves with large preparations. We tell you the ideal recipe for those moments, it is a much faster and lighter version of sponge cake since it does not contain flour.

The recipe is very simple, you can add some toppings such as some fruits, cream, dulce de leche or whatever you want. We tell you the step by step of this recipe, if you dare you can add some orange or lemon zest to enhance its flavor even more.

4 eggs and 200 grams of powdered milk


1.Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.

2.In a very clean container, beat the yolks with the powdered milk for a few minutes until it changes color.

3.Later we beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. When they are ready we mix both preparations, we add the whites in parts and with enveloping movements.

4.With the oven preheated to 180 degrees, pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 20 minutes. To verify that it is cooked, we can prick it with a toothpick or knife and it should come out dry.
