This Wednesday, the National University of Córdoba (UNC) inaugurated the Paseo Córdoba de la Nueva Andalucía Cultural Center. The place is located in Obispo Trejo and Duarte Quirós and occupies 3,000 square meters of surface.

The space has a museum that values the Jesuit heritage discovered during the building development. The rector Hugo Juri stressed that the Center includes constructions from the 21st century, such as the auditorium, until the 17th century when the Jesuits settled in the city.

Through a tour of a system of walkways, visitors will be able to observe the Jesuit walls of more than two centuries of existence and the archaeological work that will continue for at least two more years in that place. The Center also has an auditorium for holding multiple cultural events.
