As of this Monday, July 18, smokers will pay for their usual cigarettes with an increase that varies between 11% and 18%, depending on the brand and the type of package. This is the fourth increase of the year, and new measures are not ruled out towards the second half of 2022. The new prices were reported by the tobacco company Massalin Particulares.

How much is each brand and presentation?

Marlboro: $360 Box 20; $325 KS 20 and $200 Box 10. Upgrade is $40, $35 and $25 respectively.

Phillip Morris: $325 Box 20; $300 common for 20; $185 Box 12. Caps (menthol) will cost $320 and $185 depending on the quantity.

chesterfield: $300 Box 20 and 20 Fresh; $250 KS, Box 10 $150.

Harmony Colorados and Dorados: The increase is $20 and the cost will be $250 for a “common” bundle of 20.

L&M: it will cost $260 and $250 for the Blue/Red to the final consumer.
