Yerba mate producers held a meeting with the Secretary of Agriculture of the Nation, Juan José Bahillo, where they asked the government to define the new prices. At the meeting, it was demanded that the kilo be sold to the industry at 70% more expensive, at $121.
At the moment there is no definition but it is expected that by the beginning of April the new value will be reflected in all the gondolas of the country.
