Gabriel Suarez, General Secretary of the Luz y Fuerza union, spoke exclusively with Channel C regarding the sentence ordered by the Chamber to a claim for Art. 77 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (Employee Rate).
The Chamber ordered the return of the salary differences claimed to the deputy secretary Jorge Molina Herrera, for not applying the bonus in energy consumption. In that sense, Suárez assured that “the Justice gave us the reason”.
Among its foundations, the ruling held that “a Labor Agreement, legally approved, cannot be modified or see its clauses altered except by those who are entitled to do so.”
