The national government will train 350,000 unemployed during 2022 and 1.8 million in four years, through the Foster Employment program, created for guidance and assistance in job search and incentives for hiring registered labor.
This was stated by the Secretary of Employment of the Ministry of Labor, Leonardo Di Pietro, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor, where he assured that this new tool “aims, either through training, job placement or training, to train 350,000 workers this year” and “also aims to train, in four years, 1.8 million of the 3.6 million of the prioritized population”.

This population is made up of young people between the ages of 18 and 24 without completing high school or with dependent minors, women between the ages of 25 and 59 with dependent minors and without higher education (tertiary/university), men between the ages of 45 and 64 with dependent minors and without higher education (tertiary/university), people of sexual diversity, people with disabilities who have a valid Single Certificate of Disability (CUD), other populations at high risk of exclusion from the labor market, graduates of the Accompany program and participants of the Empower programs and progress.

The requirements are: not to have a registered work contract in the three months prior to registration (except adherents to the Monotributo Social or the Special Scheme for staff in private homes) and to be actively seeking employment.
The beneficiaries will receive an economic incentive of 15,000 pesos for professional training and job orientation courses, in both cases, up to six settlements every 12 months; and up to $23,000 monthly in job training and job placement programs.
