After the National Meteorological Service issued an orange alert for strong storms, rain arrived in the city of Córdoba and a major storm in neighboring towns.

Some of the most affected towns were Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, Río Cuarto, Alpa Corral and Villa el Quillinzo. There, not only was there material damage, but due to the high rainfall, families had to be evacuated with the help and participation of the Ministry of Social Development of Córdoba.
