The chief of staff, Juan Manzur, plans to resign from the national administration in February with the idea of returning to the governorship and actively participating in the upcoming elections in Tucumán.
The governor on leave will step aside to support the current interim provincial president, Osvaldo Jaldo, who will be a candidate in the next elections. Jaldo – Manzur will be the next formula for the elections on May 14, 2023, one of the many provinces that agreed to split the local elections from the national ones.
Having completed his second consecutive term, Manzur will not be able to be a candidate for governor, so he will support Jaldo, with whom he has a turbulent relationship that seems to have come to fruition. However, the final sight of the head of ministers is the national internal of the Front of All on the way to the future presidential candidates for 2023.
