This Wednesday afternoon, a massive blackout affected several Argentine provinces, including Córdoba, causing traffic problems on the capital’s main roads.

The lack of traffic lights left drivers and pedestrians disoriented. Faced with this situation, some residents did not hesitate to intervene and began to order traffic.

In July 9 and General Paztwo cardboard collectors stood in front of the traffic and stopped the vehicles so that pedestrians could cross the road.

This action gave passers-by a breather and possible clashes were avoided due to the lack of temporary signage.
