The series that caused a stir in Korea and the whole world “The Squid Game”, has already announced its second season that will begin to be shot next year and its premiere is expected to arrive at the end of 2024. Now, fans of the production South Korean received a little surprise this weekend from Netflix.
It is a brief scene from the first season that had not been revealed until then. The preview came on the heels of the annual TUDUM global fan event along with a message from the show’s writer and director, Hwang Dong-hyuk, who thanked fans of the series for all their support.

“I would like to thank again all the Netflix fans around the world for loving The Squid Game. Please look forward to the second season, which will be full of completely new stories. But in the meantime, I have prepared a small gift for fans who are looking forward to Season 2 of the series,” said Hwang.
The images show the main villain of the show, who is carrying a goldfish. Although the meaning of the goldfish or the clip is still unclear, however, fans are already drawing their own conclusions.
