Prices continue to rise and on Tuesday the people of Cordoba were surprised with a new increase in chicken, adding up to almost 55% so far this year.
Until a month ago the chicken box was at $7,000 and now at $11,500. On the other hand, the kilo cost $480 last month and today on the counter it is offered at $780. The increase was also transferred to other cuts: the Milanese went from $1,800 to $1,980 overnight.
Likewise, the kilo of thigh leg went from $800 to $900 pesos today. With the drop in temperature in the fall, the consumption of giblets for stews grows, which can be obtained at $280 per kilo.
