The Secretary of Culture and Youth, Mariano Almada, expressed that it is “a policy that supports, promotes, collaborates with the historic July program of the independent theater circuit. It is not a festival, it is not an event, he clarified, but an accompaniment where the State makes resources available to improve communication and stimulate the arrival of viewers to the current programming ”.
How theaters and producers participate
