There is nothing richer than enjoying the invoices, with cream, dulce de leche or quince. The important thing is that now you don’t need to go out and buy them, with an easy and cheap recipe you can ensure bills equal to those of the bakery.
We tell you the step-by-step recipe of the baker and confectioner Juan Manuel Herrera:
AMASIJO: 250 cc milk, 150 g sugar, c/n vanilla extract, 500 g flour, 30 g yeast, 15 g honey and 10 g salt.
FILLING: Butter 200 grs (if you don’t have you can use margarine) and Flour 25 grs
FILLING: choice of quince, cream or dulce de leche.

PREPARATION
1.In a bowl mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, honey and vanilla essence.
2.Knead until making a homogeneous and elastic dough.
3. Let rest.
FILLING
4.Mix butter, flour, give it a rectangular shape and reserve cold.
ARMED
5.Stretch the dough and place the filling in the middle.
6.Close and give 4 simple turns.
7.Give the dough 1 or 2 hours of cold between turns.
8.Stretch the dough to ½ cm thick.
9.Cut strips and from these triangles.
10.Carry cold for 20 minutes.
11.Give the desired shape
