This Thursday, June 30, the validity of the 15% reinstatement benefit for retirees, pensioners and those who collect non-contributory pensions (minimum amount) would expire. That validity appears on the Afip page and, so far, they have not reported new extensions, as had been happening.
It is a benefit that allows retirees, pensioners and those who receive non-contributory pensions who receive the minimum amount to obtain a 15% refund on their purchases in pharmacies, supermarkets and groceries with a cap of $1,200.
One of the premises when implementing this initiative was that retirees become familiar with the use of the debit card.
The value of the refund is credited within 24 business hours if the purchase is made before 5:00 p.m. and 48 business hours if it is after that time.
