This Thursday, the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce (CCC) released data on the sector’s activity during the month of March. From the Commercial Observatory they indicated that sales fell 6.15 percent in the month-on-month comparison, that is, with the month of February.
On the other hand, they reported that more than half of merchants failed to achieve the expected level of sales and 78% increased prices.

In the case of the clothing category, the drop is 5% compared to February and 2% less compared to March 2021. The average ticket for this month was $5,549.
For fashion accessories, it was sold 13% less than in February. In decoration and home, the contraction in the sector continued during the month of March, showing 15% fewer units sold compared to the previous month.
