The Governor of Córdoba, Juan Schiaretti, delivered this Thursday 14 free social deeds in the town of San Marcos Sud, in the Unión department. In addition, he signed an agreement for the construction of four housing units of the Housing Seed line, within the framework of the 10 Thousand Homes program.

“It is a joy to share the delivery of 14 deeds that are part of the free deed regularization program for social housing. With the ones we deliver today, there are already 17,000 deeds granted by the Province throughout the entire geography of Córdoba”, Schiaretti stated, adding: Each family saves about 100 thousand pesos”.

The delivery of social deeds was carried out through the Tu Casa Tu Escriba program, coordinated by the provincial Ministry of Employment Promotion and Family Economy. This initiative accompanies those families who do not have the resources to face the process of domain regularization and registration of their social housing, coming from the national, provincial and municipal states, or acquired in a private way.

The governor also signed an agreement with Mayor Godoy, aimed at the construction of four Semilla homes in the town, within the 10 Thousand Homes program.

In this sense, the president pointed out that from the provincial government “We are convinced that the dream of owning a home is something that is in the heart and soul of the people of Cordoba. That is why we launched this program throughout the province and we are already executing it, and more than 7,000 are Seed homes”.
