This afternoon, Governor Juan Schiaretti reviewed the construction progress of the highway on route C-45, between National Route 20/38 (Córdoba – Carlos Paz Highway) and Provincial Route 34 (Bajada de las Altas Cumbres).
During the visit, the Cordovan president observed the works that extend over a length of 9 kilometers and are in charge of the Provincial Directorate of Roads. The work already has a progress of 70 percent.
The project contemplates the construction of a road with two lanes in each direction and the execution of three level returns to carry out the entry and exit maneuvers safely.

In this sense, the roundabouts will be located at the service station at the beginning of the section (in charge of Caminos de las Sierras); at the height of the existing school and the Veneto urbanization; and in joining the National Commission for Space Activities (CONAE).
Likewise, 3.5 km of collectors will be paved at the entrance to the urbanizations, 1.3 km in the vicinity of the space institute, 10 checkpoints for public transport and 4 pedestrian walkways. In addition, the entire highway will have lighting with 500 LED-type luminaires.
The Governor was accompanied by the Minister of Public Works, Ricardo Sosa, and the Director of Provincial Roads, Martín Gutiérrez.
