Next Thursday, at 9:30 a.m., the Table of Organizations, Indigenous Communities and Socio-environmental Assemblies of Córdoba will be present again at the Courthouse, in Caseros 551, to “demand answers on numerous criminal cases involving environmental issues” in the province.
In addition, the member organizations of the Table stated: “We have already exposed injustices and suffering, we demand that the TSJ (Superior Court of Justice) attend to our demands for health and life.” The Table will accompany from the doors of the Courts representatives of organizations that support various struggles throughout the province, who will meet with the secretary of the Criminal Chamber, María Pueyrredón.
The official promised last Thursday, July 28, to provide news on various causes that, the organizations express, “they are rejected or delayed for formal excuses, they are archived, they are paralyzed for long years”; and through which “The businessmen and public officials involved are decriminalized or, what is worse, the Environmental Defenders and the professionals who assist them are criminalized, charging them and subjecting them to criminal proceedings”.
