During the summer, the Museums of the Province offer a diversity of exhibition proposals to continue discovering the culture of Córdoba. A range of samples invites you to visit and enjoy the museums that, throughout January, open their doors from Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
A possible tour can begin with the space preferred by children, the Provincial Museum of Natural Sciences, which stands out for its permanent display of stones, fossils, and replicas of megafauna. From there, advancing along Poeta Lugones avenue, the centennial Emilio Caraffa Museum is located, where you can visit five exhibitions with various contemporary expressions of plastic arts.

Around the roundabout of Plaza España, the visit continues through the Palacio Dionisi Museum of Photography that exhibits two samples with more than 100 works. The pieces were incorporated into the museum’s collection through an acquisition process carried out by the Córdoba Culture Agency.
The tour of that sector of the city culminates with the imposing Evita Palacio Ferreyra Museum. Located in a historic palace of majestic French-style construction from 1916, the space exhibits the permanent collection of the Province of Córdoba and also temporary exhibitions that bring together more avant-garde expressions.
The tour advances through Nueva Córdoba towards the center, and on its way we find the Paseo del Buen Pastor and two exhibitions to see: a collective exhibition in the photo gallery and a retrospective of the work of the artist Marcelo Hepp. Also, from 17 to 21, you can enjoy a dancing water show.
The options are diversified in the city center with proposals ranging from baroque art from the colonial era to the quartet. Thus, the Women’s Museum Cultural Space, which will open from Wednesday to Saturday, contains a collective exhibition with productions that work different languages within the visual arts.
On the other hand, you can also visit the brand new Museo del Cuarteto, which reflects the history of this popular music that constitutes the identity of Córdoba.
It should be remembered that, throughout the month of January, all spaces are open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with free admission.
