The Dean Funes Criminal Chamber sentenced a man to ten years and six months in prison and ordered his immediate transfer to the Cruz del Eje prison. The defendant is considered responsible for the crime of Sexual Abuse with Aggravated Carnal Access to the detriment of a girl, for an act perpetrated in the Cerro Colorado area.
The judicial investigation proved that the act caused serious damage to the mental health of the victim. In addition, the Public Prosecutor’s Office indicated that the convicted person knew the victim, although he was outside her family circle. Carolina Elías, prosecutor of the Chamber of Dean Funes, participated in the imposition of the sentence.
