The blue dollar continues to collapse: it is sold at $195
On another day of decline, the blue dollar reached the price of October 2021, when the historical rally after the elections placed it at $195 for sale. This Monday, in addition, the purchase price remained at $192, hitting a new low in almost six months. With this new value, the gap with the wholesaler is 73.2%. The official dollar is today at $111.95 for purchase and $117.95 for sale.
Last week the informal currency fell three pesos and fifty cents and thus marked the minimum values not only so far in 2022, but also moved below the prices registered in the last weeks of December 2021.
Throughout the month of March, the blue dollar fell $11 and erased the gains it had been registering in 2022 and traded below the $208 at which it had closed last year. In January it was up $5 or 2.4% over the month, while in February it was up $2 end-to-end.
