HOW TO REGISTER TO DONATE BONE MARROW

The Cordoba Ablation and Implant Coordinating Entity (Ecodaic) remember the importance of donating Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells (HSC), also known as bone marrow. Each year, hundreds of people are diagnosed with blood diseases and may require a bone marrow transplant to treat them.

The 25 or 30 percent of people have a chance of finding a matched donor in their family group. To increase the chances of finding compatible donors, they convene the Voluntary registration in the National Registry.
