The National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) confirmed that the inflation rate for November 2022 was 4.9%, which shows a significant drop in the percentage compared to the month of October, which had registered a rise of 6.3 %. Likewise, the data broke with the floor of 5%, an index that has been registered since February of this year.
Meanwhile, the general price level accumulated had an increase of 85.3% in the last eleven months, while in the interannual comparison it registered a rise of 92.4%. The agency stated that the marked decrease compared to the last report is due to a general decrease in the dynamics of increases in a large part of the items measured by INDEC.

“The division with the highest increase in the month was Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (8.7%), within which the increase in electricity and gas services stood out as a result of the segmentation of rates in throughout the country, and specifically in GBA, the increase in water also due to segmentation”, they highlighted from the statistical institute.
