The successful series ‘La casa de papel’ will have its spin-off that has already begun filming. The new project will be called ‘Berlin’, the name of the endearing character in charge of devising the robbery of the National Currency and Stamp Factory together with the professor.
The spin-off will focus on the character played by the Spanish actor Pedro Alonso. Now Netflix announced who are the other stars that will join the Berlin cast: Itziar Ituño (Raquel Murillo/Lisbon) and Najwa Nimri (Alicia Sierra). Both will return to their roles in the new production.

“We know you like surprises, so we bring you two. Itziar Ituño and Najwa Nimri join the cast of Berlin”, announced the platform from their social networks. So far it is not yet clear how many episodes this new audiovisual project will have.
The cast is completed by Michelle Jenner as Keila, Tristán Ulloa as Damián, Begoña Vargas as Cameron, Julio Peña as Roi and Joel Sanchez as Bruce. Much of Berlin’s history will be shot on location in Paris, France. The purpose was to move the character towards a less hostile setting, a characteristic that belonged to Spain because it was the place where the Resistance carried out the robbery.
