In recent months WhatsApp has given free rein to its creativity and has driven a large number of changes within its platform. Some of them refer to status changes, the possibility of transcribing voice messages to text, creating your own avatars, the possibility of sending high-quality images, blocking spam calls, among others.
Now, the app incorporates a new function that is related to WhatsApp groups. As WABetaInfo analysts have confirmed, in the latest WhatsApp Beta update for iOS, a tool called “Expiring groups” has been included, which will allow app users to set a specific expiration date for each one of the groups of which he is a part.

This new function will be available in the information panel of each group and clicking on it will display a window in which users can choose the period of time for a group to disappear from your chats. People will be able to choose from three time options for the deletion to occur: a day, a week, or a custom date.
Although, in case you change your mind and want to remove the expiration date, you can do it from that same window by clicking on the “Remove expiration date” button.
