The Front of All (FdT) and Together for Change (JxC) agreed to hold a special session this Thursday at 12 to discuss issues proposed by the two political forces. Together for Change, Federal Interblock, Together We Are Río Negro and Avanza Libertad had requested a session to discuss the initiative to implement the Single Paper Ballot. It was arranged that in this Thursday’s session the electoral issue will first be addressed and then the ruling party’s projects.
In the case of single ballot projects, the opposition arch knows that he will not get two thirds for the project to be dealt with on tables, a necessary requirement because he still does not have a commission opinion. For this reason, the opponents’ bet is to win an immediate subsequent vote in which they will ask that the plenary session of the body summon the Constitutional Affairs and Justice commissions to begin the treatment of the initiative.
That vote, which requires a simple majority, would be favorable to the opposition, so the aforementioned commissions should be constituted in the coming days. Both will continue in the hands of those who presided over them until December: Constitutional Affairs for Hernán Pérez Araujo from Pampas and Justice for Rodolfo Tailhade from Buenos Aires, both from the ruling party.
Kirchnerism’s maneuver of convening a session 1 hour before the one requested by the Single Ticket is proof enough that they are against transparency and modernization because they are terrified of democracy. They are pathetic.

Three projects that Kirchnerism rejects with all its might:
1) Single Paper Ballot = more electoral transparency
2) Clean File = candidates without medical records
3) Extinction of Domain = recover what was stolen
They only defend their privileges.– Mario Raúl Negri (@marioraulnegri) May 4, 2022
