Roberto Clavero, former president of the Cooperativa Eléctrica Mixta del Oeste (Cemdo) is detained for alleged abuse of a girl under his guardianship. This Tuesday, the Prosecutor for the First Nomination of Villa Dolores issued preventive detention and the accused will await trial in prison.
The defendant is considered the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of “Sexual Abuse with Carnal Access continued aggravated by being the guardian, in ideal competition with Promotion of Corruption of minors continued aggravated by the age of the victim and by being in charge of the guard; and Sexual Abuse with continued carnal access, all in ideal competition”.
