This morning three men accused of sexually abusing two sisters aged 15 and 16 were arrested. Although the event would have occurred last Tuesday, it was on Friday when the mother of the minors was encouraged to report and assured that one of those arrested has a family relationship with the complainants.
Two young people from the same town, 26 and 19 years old, and another 17-year-old teenager from Chancaní were arrested. All of them are housed in the Salsacate district police station and were charged with “sexual abuse with carnal access.”
